HOP Kids

At The House of Prayer, we believe that children are the future of the church. We believe in a comprehensive ministry to all children. The Bible teaches, “Sons are a heritage from the Lord, children a reward from Him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are sons born in one’s youth.” (Psalms 127:3-4) The Bible also teaches that God has a plan for each of our lives. “…All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.” (Psalm 139:16)

Our VISION at HOP Kids is, “To build children up into maturity in Christ so that they hit the mark that God has set for their lives.” We fulfill this vision by laying Biblical foundations, creating an atmosphere for children to personally connect with God, and by giving them opportunities to impact their community for Jesus. Serving God is fun and we take this to a whole new level here at HOP Kids, the name of our Children’s Ministry here at The House of Prayer. We teach kids and build them up in God’s Word through a variety of learning styles that are fun and creative. We truly have something for children of every age!
