We believe in ministering to all generations. As mature members of the body of Christ, older members of our congregation have so much to offer experience, wisdom, knowledge, gifts, and talents- to the other members and to our community. Our desire is to provide a place for people 55+ to be able to receive specific ministry that relates to their respective needs and interests, as well as provide a sense of community in order that ministry would naturally flow out to others as well.
This ministry is one of the most active in the entire church. At a time when so many are in need of wise counsel and proven leadership, it is vital that the people identified by this demographic take their place in the church and continue to provide ministry to those who need it. In the body of Christ, we believe that you graduate to different places in life to use your gifts and talents in various ways in multiple contexts.
Young at Heart is the name of our Seniors Ministry. They are a thriving group of individuals who believe that there is so much to do and to give in the Kingdom of God and that truly living and having fun should never stop. This group meets regularly throughout the week.
