It is said that you only have one chance to make a first impression. As an usher or “gatekeeper” at The House of Prayer, we have a wonderful opportunity to be that first impression. 

Any act of Christian service that helps direct men and women into fellowship with Jesus Christ is ministry. As an usher or “gatekeeper” a positive outlook and friendly demeanor can go far to make the assembly truly a joyful, secure and peaceful experience. The usher is a forerunner. Our ushers and greeters play a big part in preparing the hearts of the people, for their entire experience in the House of the Lord and bring tremendous satisfaction to the person involved.
